Former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Yolanda Hadid has quietly taken her sprawling Pennsylvania farm off the market, reversing her earlier decision to sell the property. The 30-acre estate, which was listed for $11 million, is no longer available for purchase, according to a source close to the former reality star.
The property, located in the bucolic countryside, had been on the market for several months. Hadid originally listed the farm in 2023, signaling a desire to downsize or move on from the estate she had meticulously renovated. However, the source tells Realtor.com that Hadid has decided to hold on to the farm "for now," suggesting a change of heart about letting go of the land.
The farm features a main residence, multiple outbuildings, and extensive equestrian facilities. Hadid, who is the mother of supermodels Gigi and Bella Hadid, purchased the property years ago and transformed it into a personal retreat. She often shared glimpses of the serene landscape and her horses on social media, making the farm a recognizable part of her post-reality TV life.
The decision to delist the property comes as a surprise to some in real estate circles, given the high-profile nature of the listing. It remains unclear whether Hadid plans to relist the farm at a later date or if she intends to keep it as a permanent residence. For now, the estate remains in her hands, and the "for sale" sign has been removed.
