The latest property sales in Hopkinton have been recorded, showing a steady week of transactions across the town. These figures come from the state registry and cover deals that closed in the final days of July.
The most expensive sale of the period was on Greenwood Road, where a home changed hands for 1.785 million dollars. Yahya Kurdi and Marwa Eid sold the property to Ashish Singh and Isha Bedi on July 31.
Several other homes sold in the 1.3 to 1.5 million dollar range. On Lumber Street, a house went for 1.399 million, with the David and Miaotian Boissy Living Trust selling to Benjamin and Rachel Talbot. A property on Hearthstone Road fetched 1.46 million, sold by Christopher Michaud and Jill Delasco to David Mouser and Margaret Green. Another sale at the same price point happened on Wilson Street, where Lobisser Building Corp sold to Anushree Agrawal.
Two more transactions closed at 1.328 million and 1.385 million. The first was on Valleywood Road, with Andrew and Lisa Lewkowicz selling to Joshua and Angela Paulette. The second was a unit on Aspen Way, sold by Ramakrishnan and Rengalakshmi Balamurugan to Sandeep Loganathan and Bhavana Khushalani.
A condo on Waterville Lane sold for 1.319 million, with Trails LLC transferring ownership to Barry and Amy Rosenberg. On Pheasant Hill Road, a home went for 1.151 million, sold by the Pheasant Hill Road 4 Realty Trust to Heidi Tribble.
The lowest sale was a unit on Patriots Boulevard, which closed at 695,000 dollars. Hao-Ping Chiang sold it to Alice Achieng and Kimberly Moro on July 31.
All sales were recorded as of the dates listed, with the final transactions posted on July 31.
